BÖLÜM 5 - ÜRÜNLER VE HİZMETLER (varsa)

Bazı ürün veya hizmetler sadece web sitesi üzerinden sunulabilir. Bu ürünler sınırlı sayıda olabilir ve sadece İade Politikamıza göre iade veya değişim yapılabilir. Ürün renk ve görüntülerinin doğru görünmesi için elimizden geleni yaptık ancak monitörünüzdeki renkler tam doğru olmayabilir. Ürün veya hizmet satışını kişi, bölge veya yargı alanına göre sınırlandırma hakkımız saklıdır. Ürün veya hizmet miktarlarını sınırlama hakkımız da vardır. Ürün açıklamaları ve fiyatları herhangi bir zamanda önceden haber vermeden değiştirilebilir. Herhangi bir ürünün satışını durdurma hakkımız vardır. Yasaklanan yerlerde teklifler geçersizdir. Ürünlerin kalitesinin beklentilerinizi karşılayacağını garanti etmiyoruz.

BÖLÜM 6 - FATURALAMA VE HESAP BİLGİLERİNİN DOĞRULUĞU

Verdiğiniz siparişleri reddetme hakkımız saklıdır. Kişi, ev veya sipariş başına satın alınan miktarları sınırlandırabilir veya iptal edebiliriz. Siparişlerde aynı müşteri hesabı, kredi kartı veya fatura/teslimat adresi kullanılmışsa dikkate alabiliriz. Sipariş değişikliği veya iptali durumunda, sipariş esnasında verilen e-posta veya iletişim bilgilerinden size ulaşmaya çalışabiliriz. Bayi, toptancı veya dağıtıcı olduğu kanaatinde olunan siparişleri kısıtlama veya engelleme hakkımız vardır. Satın alma ve hesap bilgilerinin güncel, eksiksiz ve doğru olduğunu kabul edersiniz. BÖLÜM 7 - OPSİYONEL ARAÇLAR

Üçüncü taraf araçlara erişim sağlayabiliriz ancak bunları izleme veya kontrol etme yükümlülüğümüz yoktur. Bu araçlar “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu sürece” sağlanır, herhangi bir garanti veya onay verilmez. Üçüncü taraf araçları kullanmak tamamen sizin risk ve sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hizmetimizde üçüncü taraf materyalleri, ürünleri ve hizmetleri bulunabilir. Bu site üzerindeki üçüncü taraf bağlantılar sizi bizimle ilişkisi olmayan üçüncü taraf web sitelerine yönlendirebilir. BÖLÜM 13 - HAKLARINIZ VE SORUMLULUKLARINIZ

Bu Hizmet Şartları ve site ile ilgili anlaşmazlıklar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabi olacak ve yetkili mahkemeler İstanbul (Anadolu) Mahkemeleri olacaktır. Uluslararası kullanıcılara yönelik özel hükümler aksi belirtilmedikçe geçerli değildir.
